Hi John,
The team here at BoldBrush has been working really hard to help you sell more art on FASO. One of the things that we're super excited about is our newBoldBrush Art Marketing Playbook, orAMPfor short. It's a step-by-step guide that helps you focus on doing the most important marketing tasks so that you can spend less time marketing, more time painting, and sell more art than ever. FASO is designed to make AMP even more effective. With AMP and FASO you'll spend even less time marketing, more time painting, and sell even more art. We call this powerful combinationAMP2. AMP2 only works, though, if you put it into practice(and we all know how hard getting started can be sometimes). So we wanted to make it easier for you to build the habit of using AMP2 to grow your art sales. In order to help,we've developed a series of weekly emails that we're calling theBoldBrush AMP Weekly Action Planthat will guide you through the steps that you need to take that week to put AMP2 into action. You'll find this week's steps below. Just follow along and before long you'll be well on your way to growing your art sales with AMP and FASO!
Week 4 Action Plan:
1. Send your newsletter
If you've been following our AMP recommendations, then your newsletter is ready to go. Go ahead and send it this week! If you haven't prepared it yet, there's still time, you can refer to our past amp newslettershere, hereandhereand create your newsletter before the end of the week. 2. Make any follow up calls from personal outreach you made in week 1
In week one, we had you make personal phone calls, emails and texts to reach out to your best prospects to alert them to new artwork that might interest them. This is the week to make follow up calls, emails and texts. If you didn't do any outreach in Week 1, do it this week. 3. Update your contact list and mailing list with anyone you've met this month
If you have met anyone new this month who is at all interested in your art work, add them to your contact list. If you want to keep that list in FASO you can find it by logging in to your account, choosing "sales and customers" on the left hand side, and then clicking on "Contacts and Customers" Remember you may NOT simply add anyone you've met to your newsletter mailing list. You need the person's permission first. If you don't already have permission, we've outlined the best way to get ithere. 4. Send handwritten thank you notes to anyone who has purchased this month If you sold any pieces this month, write a hand-written thank you note. This works best if it is sent by actual snail mail. If the purchaser is not on your email newsletter list, be sure to invite them to receive join it using the method we outlinehere. Not adding past purchasers to an email list is one of the biggest mistakes most artists make. 5. Post twice on Facebook an Instagram to maintain your presence. Even though we are focusing on sending the newsletter this week, don't forget to post twice on Facebook and twice on Instagram. It's important to keep your presence there regularly.
6. Join our private Art Marketing Mastermind Group
If you haven't already done so, join our private, for FASO Members only Art Marketing Mastermind group. You'll learn even more marketing ideas and can ask questions about the best way to implement these ideas.
