BlueStar COVID-19 Update Statement #3

Dear Partner,

In response to the on-going global concerns related to COVID-19, I wanted to update you on BlueStar’s response and actions. First and foremost, BlueStar remains committed to providing the finest customer service in the industry, delivering the technologies, tools, and training our global partners need to grow their businesses. During these challenging times, all resources are focused on business continuity, and providing our partners with the same level of support you have come to expect from BlueStar.

We have provided a link on our regional homepages for the Americas and Europe which will take you directly to our microsite for BlueStar’s Business Continuity Updates.  This site will be used to communicate helpful information to our partners in regard to COVID-19 topics as all of us weather this storm.

Today we have added the following documents for our United States Partners:

1. Downloadable CISA Document – This is the complete Memorandum on Identification of Essential Critical Infrastructure Workers During Covid-19 Response published on 3/19/2020 by Christopher C. Krebs, Director of the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA). (11 Pages)
2. Introduction of CISA Document – This is a quick overview of the CISA Document and summarizes the 27 business sectors that could be deemed “Essential Businesses” ensuring community and national resilience in COVID-19 response. (2 Pages)
3. Downloadable Letter for Essential Business – This is a word document template which can be customized by our partners. This letter of Essential Business is intended to be sent to elected/appointed government Officials such as Governors, Congressmen, County and City officials to state why your business should be deemed as an “Essential Business”. (1 Page)
4. Downloadable Letter for Employee Essential Letter of Business – This is a word document template which can be customized by our partners. The Employee Letter of Essential Business is intended to be carried by your employees when they are traveling to and from work related activities.
