Blind people and advocates are at odds with a company over what they say is a faulty product - and offensive marketing

AccessiBe claims to help companies protect themselves from not complying with the American With Disabilities Act by adding a single line of code to the backends of websites. But many blind people say the product is making it harder for them to navigate the web. In response, AccessiBe has characterized the criticism as "hostile" and a "demonization" of the company, escalating a contentious relationship playing out on social media and, recently, in litigation.
