That’s the well-regarded trio bidding for allocations in the initial public offering of VBX Limited, sole owner of the Wuudagu bauxite project in Western Australia.

Stockbroker Morgans is raising $10 million at 60¢ per share at a $40 million to $55 million pre-money valuation. The company would list with a $49.9 million market capitalisation, and books are due to shut on Thursday.
