The week's biggest real estate stories. Hedge fund guru Jeffrey “Jeff” Feinberg recently dropped $44 million — a whopping $1 million above the property’s initial $43 million asking price — for a Vegas-like contemporary monster of a mansion with seven bedrooms, 11 bathrooms and two swimming pools. Some wild amenities of the residence include a hair salon, a putting green, a games room with a high-tech sports simulator and a 1,000-gallon aquarium. Meanwhile, over in Encino, Bridget Fonda and her hubby Danny Elfman went on a real estate shopping spree and shelled out $8 million for two side-by-side homes. Together, the two properties span about 2.2 acres, and each of them has a 1950s ranch-style home on the premises. |
