‘Monumental moment’: One of the state’s biggest coastal restoration projects, a $2 billion plan to divert Mississippi River water into the Barataria Basin, is a big step closer. The brawl began after the Bucs’ Mike Evans delivered a blindside to the Saints’ Marshon Lattimore as Lattimore jawed with a couple other Bucs.
