GLOBAL: Nashville-based experiential agency Abel McCallister Abel has opened its first international office in London, plus a production studio in Bristol, England. Abel McCallister Abel's Nashville office offers fabrication, printing, AV, and a variety of other services from its in-house team, which will now transcend geographical borders. The U.K. office and will allow the agency to design, build, transport, and install event concepts in the U.K., Europe, and beyond.

NATIONAL: SAVOR, the culinary division of leading event production company ASM Global, has collaborated with World Young Chef Young Waiter (YCYW) to bring the renowned service competition to the United States for the first time. SAVOR is calling upon the best in the service industry to participate in the competition, which will be held live at the Long Beach Convention Center in California Sept. 19-20. Chefs and waiters throughout the country aged under 26 are encouraged to apply online for free before Aug. 31. The two winners of YCYW United States will get to go on and compete in the World Young Chef Young Waiter Final in Monaco, Italy.

LINCOLNSHIRE, ILL.: The Marriott Theatre for Young Audiences will make its return, with performances of The Wizard of Oz running July 8-Aug. 7. The one-hour live presentation of the classic movie was directed by Johanna McKenzie Miller, choreographed by Tiffany Krause, and features musical direction courtesy of Cameron Miya and Ryan T. Nelson. Tickets start at $15 and can be reserved online, and group discounts are offered when purchasing more than 20 tickets.

NEW YORK: Tastemade and Netflix have collaborated to curate "Teddy Tables,” inspired by the streaming service's new film, The Man from Toronto, starring Kevin Hart and Woody Harrelson. Guests will have the opportunity to enjoy multi-course meals inspired by the film, as well as specialty cocktails and appetizers. The playful dining experience is taking place June 24-25 at LaRina Pastificio & Vino in New York, and will also travel to La Cha Cha Cha in Los Angeles and Baro in Toronto. Reservations open on June 22 and will be limited.
