By Mina

A woman writing an email on a laptop computer.I recently sent an email to someone and the intent of what I was trying to say was 100% misunderstood. I re-read my email and couldn't see anything wrong with it. I read the answer I received and it left me with a "huh?" feeling. So what happened?

Blueberry Quinoa Breakfast Bars

By attosa

cut Breakfast Bars on plateIt seems I'm the only quinoa fan in my family. Sometimes that causes me to have leftover quinoa hanging around. One way to get my family to enjoy some of this high fiber, vitamin-packed grain is to put it into breakfast bars. This recipe uses leftover or freshly cooked quinoa, and makes a great grab-and-go breakfast treat that everyone loves!
