Boil and trouble: A boil water advisory issued across New Orleans Sunday afternoon was an inconvenience that has become increasingly rare since 2019, when the S&WB erected two towers to pressurize the city's water. Plaza Tower demolition: As the city's demolition contractors move into the Plaza Tower to assess the building, its owner is rushing to close a deal with a potential buyer that could save the defunct skyscraper from the wrecking ball.
