Bar fight: As the Irish Channel preps for St. Patrick’s Day, a well-known bar and restaurant is at the center of a court battle. Our restaurant/bar correspondent Ian McNulty has the details of the fight over Tracey’s Irish Channel bar. Death penalty: It’s been 14 years since Louisiana executed anyone. But as expected, Gov. Jeff Landry signed a bill today that could open the door for the state to revive capital punishment.
