Federal budget deal would begin debate over bay funding, medical pot and other Maryland priorities

The bipartisan budget agreement reached in the Senate this week would allow lawmakers to begin cobbling together answers to dozens of questions about Maryland funding priorities that have been unresolved since President Donald J. Trump took office.
