| | | | Femly x Fearless Fund A few weekends ago, Baltimore founder Arion Long and her reproductive health-focused startup Femly, achieved another funding milestone by securing a $150,000 investment from Fearless Fund. However, it's important to note that recent reports have highlighted a legal development — not involving Femly, but instead the funder: The American Alliance for Equal Rights, a group founded by noted anti-affirmative action activist Edward Blum, has filed a lawsuit against Fearless Fund. This early-stage venture capital firm has a specific focus on providing financial support to women founders of color. The lawsuit alleges racial discrimination within Fearless Fund's grant program, specifically targeting support for Black female founders. What do you think about this case?
