| Ball of the Bash Kicking off Bacon Bash Texas for 2019!
Reata is joining forces with Pederson's Natural Farms to bring you Ball of the Bash! Our chefs will be creating an amazing meal including Citrus Glazed Pork Belly, Charred Baby Romaine Salad, Porchetta with Bacon Fat Roasted Asparagus and re-creating the Bacon Cornbread Pudding with Whiskey Caramel which was the winner of the 2018 Bacon Bash. Appetizers will be prepared by some of the best teams from the 2018 Bacon Bash.
All proceeds from Ball of the Bash support Bacon Bash Texas and their 2019 partner causes, children with Type 1 Diabetes and Niki Warms the Cold. Tickets to Ball of the Bash are limited. Kentucky Derby Party!
Mark you calendar and drop by Reata on May 4th! Reata will be hosting a Kentucky Derby watch party featuring Maker's Mark on May 4th from 3-6 pm. Reata's bartenders will be creating special drinks incorporating Maker's Mark including a derby favorite, Mint Julep.

The 6th Annual Fort Worth Food + Wine Festival concluded last Sunday. For the Main Event on Friday evening Reata's Executive Chef James Gaines and President Mike Micallef roasted a pig for about 10 hours.
