Bisnar Chase Claims Top Awards for 2021
Bisnar Chase has been recognized among the best in the business when it comes to personal injury law, earning a spot on the prestigious Super Lawyers list for 2021.

Bisnar Chase attorney Tom Antunovich has been named to the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association board of directors for 2021.
A rising star at Bisnar Chase, Tom was nominated for the distinguished board position after several years of outstanding trial work in Orange County courtrooms.
He has tried multiple cases over the past five years, winning life-changing verdicts for his clients. Tom is also working in leadership positions on several high-profile cases with the top B|C partners and has been named among the Top 40 Under 40 by The National Trial Lawyers. He has also been nominated for the Top 40 Under 40 for the Daily Journal.
His new role on the OCTLA board is a recognition of his accomplishments to date and will allow Tom to make an even greater contribution to the legal process in Orange County. |

Firm Steps Up to Lend a Helping Hand to Charities During the Pandemic
The staff and management at Bisnar Chase have stepped up to support a series of great causes in recent weeks.
In the build-up to Christmas, B|C joined a toy drive organized by a local charity called Our Place Healing Hearts. The firm donated a mountain of toys and games that were distributed to families over the holiday period.
Bisnar Chase has also donated to a charity based in Irvine, CA called Clothing the Homeless. The charity issued an urgent appeal for funds to help with its storage costs. Our firm chipped in, and others can learn more and donate to the cause here.

| Major Settlements for Victims of Defective Takata Airbags |
|
Bisnar Chase attorney Tom Antunovich recently achieved a substantial $527,000 settlement for a client who was injured by a defective airbag.
Takata airbags have made major headlines over the last few years. Once a manufacturer of car safety equipment, Takata supplied major automakers with airbags for more than 10 years. But some of those airbags were defective and were prone to explosive malfunctions.
Airbags made by Takata have caused the deaths of at least 27 people worldwide, including 18 victims in the U.S. Another 400 people have suffered injuries caused by the defective devices, and millions of cars have been recalled as a result.
