| | | | Something new from JHU Yoooo! I got this super cool email from Josh Ambrose, who serves as the director of student ventures at Johns Hopkins University or JHU for short. He said the school is providing significant funding to two promising startups created by its students through the inaugural President's Venture Fellowships. These fellowships aim to support and nurture these early-stage ventures, enabling them to thrive and make a positive impact in Baltimore. The recipients of the fellowship are Aptabridge Therapeutics, a startup focused on developing innovative cancer treatments; and CurveAssure, a company utilizing technology to address chronic back pain. Each venture will receive a substantial $100,000 investment to fuel their endeavors. It's the largest award for student entrepreneurship at the school so far.
