		Surfing the Menu - Broome, Kununurra and Katherine
		Daniel Churchill and Hayden Quinn are travelling across Australia as part of the TV series, Surfing the Menu. 	Sydney restaurant collaborates with ex-Noma forager
	Ex-Noma Australia chef, Elijah Holland, is set to collaborate with Drew Bolton, head chef at VINE, for a dining event on 27 July as part of the restaurant's Origins Dinner Series. The modern Australian menu will feature produce foraged from Drew’s birthplace in the Blue Mountains and Elijah’s home region of Sydney's Northern Beaches. 	Mahbilil Festival, Northern Territory
	On 3 September, the town of Jabiru in the Northern Territory celebrates the best of the Kakadu Indigenous culture from music, arts and bush-foods. Guests will enjoy demonstrations of weaving, painting and craft and can even try their hand at spear throwing, didgeridoo blowing and kite-making. Find out more here.

	Peninsula Hot Springs, Victoria
	Peninsula Hot Springs is a natural hot spring and day spa in Victoria, just a 90 minute drive from Melbourne. The spa was voted the world's best mineral spring spa this year at the World Luxury Spa Awards. Some of their signature treatments include Australian Aboriginal-inspired kodo full body massages facials, mud and salt wraps and ancient healing stone experiences. Find out more here.

	Slideways Go Karting, Gold Coast
	Slideways Go Karting Australia has opened a brand new indoor and outdoor go kart track on Queensland's Gold Coast, with a three storey high circuit, allowing go karters to reach up to 70 kilometres per hour (43 miles per hour) racing up and down ramps on the 475 metre (295 mile) long track. 	Mountain Seas Retreat, Flinders Island
	Mountain Seas Retreat is located amongst 16,187 hectares (40,000 acres) of National Park and an abundance of wildlife on Flinders Island, Tasmania. The retreat has access to private trails with tall trees, fresh water streams, waterfalls and sculptural granite boulders. Find out more here.
