Injectable dealflow Healthcare-focused private equity firms seeking to bolster company platforms in drug research, development and commercialization have become a larger buyer group of the pharmaceutical services market. In a Q1 2025 update titled ‘Pharma Services Insights,’ investment bank Raymond James noted that a majority of pharma services market deals in 2024 involved a private equity platform or PE add-on deal.
