Beachwood suspect rationalizes crime by saying she went above and beyond what others might do when ’finding’ a wallet

A Cleveland woman told Beachwood police that she merely found a wallet in a grocery store and did the right thing by placing it on a shelf. She did not mention, however, that she first removed money from the wallet.
