University of Wisconsin-Madison is seeking candidates with expertise in molecular astrobiology and origins of life research to help elucidate the transition from prebiotic chemistry to life and/or the evolutionary origins of fundamental cellular processes (e.g., RNA processing or translation).

This position will be one of three in a multidisciplinary cluster to study the Origins of Life. University of Wisconsin-Madison is an exceptional environment for the development of a world-class research program in the biological sciences, including access to state of the art facilities in sequencing, structural biology, and high-throughput computing.
