I'm feeling good that I got you this newsletter more or less on time, even if it contains only the time-critical features. My hope is to get a Part 2 out in the next few days with more helpful content ... I mean really this time! ;-)
I'd like to share what's been going on with me lately, to explain why I've been late with my newsletters, podcasts and videos.
A few weeks ago, I realized that I'd become something of a hermit. Other than working with my clients and some limited social contact, I was spending an unhealthy amount of time alone in my house. (Except for my two cats, I live alone.) I had justified this with the idea that there was always more divine service work to do (usually on my own), and that's what I was here to do on Earth.
But once I felt a true pang of true loneliness - something I hadn't felt for a long time - I knew it was time to make a change. And I did! I joined several groups that meet regularly. I started getting together with some of the people I love, but hadn't made time for.
And you know what? My new socially active lifestyle feels awesome! Could it be that regularly connecting with others is also part of my divine service?
Something else that's been happening is constant spiritual upgrade. I usually awaken each morning in a state of bliss as my divine allies flood me with ecstatic energy. I'll often lay there in bed for quite a while - not out of laziness, but to allow this important work to happen. In addition, once a day (sometimes twice), I'll be called to lay down again. This opens the door for another round of upgrade work that usually lasts 30 to 60 minutes.
I know others who've told me about experiencing this sort of thing, but it's the first time it's been so strong for me. I imagine that anyone who got to a certain level of consciousness would have similar things happen.
Needless to say, all of this new social activity and spiritual upgrade work takes quite a bit of time. And I'm still feeling into how to maintain these important new activities while meeting my media deadlines.
So I apologize for my erraticness, and ask your patience while I harmonize into my new life flow. I'm deeply grateful that you make time to read my newsletter, or listen to my podcasts, or watch my videos.
