How do you listen to the WILD? |

Participants were given a set of headphones and a Slung Low receiver that allowed attendees to switch between any of the speakers at any point. This was just one among the many creative innovations during the Wild Conference in Leeds, UK. Four Filipino creatives joined the British Council delegation from around the globe to attend the conference. Organised by Slung Low, the Wild conference focused on shared cultural future through a series of simultaneous talks, presentations and activities. It was held in a little tented village built around a campfire designed for a participating live audience of 450. Filmmaker Kyle Nieva of the Film Producers Society was able to use his time at Wild to build new relationships and explore new collaborations. Regil Cadavos of ASPACE Cebu stayed on after Wild for a week-long cultural residency with the conference organiser, Slung Low. Read about their reflections here. |
