The Art Room hours for the Thanksgiving holidays are:
Thanksgiving, Thursday, November 28th - closed
Friday, November 29th - open 11 a.m. till 4 p.m.
Saturday, November 30th - open 10 a.m. till 2 p.m. and in the evening for “Window Wonderland†5 p.m. till 7 p.m.
All of us at the Art Room wish you and your family a very Happy Thanksgiving! Have a fun time! Be safe!
New fall, winter, Thanksgiving and Christmas ribbons, holiday papers and rubber stamps are here - with more to come in the next few weeks!

***Thursdays, November 7th,14th and 21st at 1 p.m. -
“Thursdays at 1!†classes feature a variety of cards or mini projects – Always fun, always $5.00!
We will be featuring fall, winter, Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays. Samples will be in the windows at the shop. Please preregister, prepay and bring your basic kit, especially adhesive, thanks…Please do call ahead so we know how many to prepare for. Pics will be on fb. Check Wednesday nights to see the following day’s projects…
***Friday, November 8th at 10:30 a.m. –
“Painting with Poane’ !†What a wonderful class! Poane’ has so much to share with you, you will be surprised at what you can do! Class fee is $30.00. Please preregister, pre pay and bring your own canvas and acrylic paints…
***Tuesday, November 12th at 1 p.m. –“Time for Christmas!†We will create six of the same Christmas/ Holiday cards, Class fee is $15.00. Please preregister, prepay and bring your basic kit, including adhesive... thanks! Card samples will be in the shop and on fb…
***Wednesday, November 13th at 1 p.m. –
“A Thanksgiving or Christmas Banner!†This banner makes a delightful display for your mantle or wall during the holidays! Class fee is $12.00. Please bring your basic kit, including a roll of ¼ inch double-sided tape and your favorite adhesive… Sample will be at the shop and on fb soon…
**** Saturdays, November 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd and 30th from 10 a.m. till noon –
“FREE Make & Takes!†Come join us for some wonderful classes featuring paper crafting! Cards for “all-occasionsâ€, fall, winter, Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays are on the agenda! It‘s a FREE class, truly! You don’t need to sign up and you don’t need to bring a thing! Let’s play! Pics will be on fb on Friday nights…
***Tuesday, November 19th at 1 p.m. –
***“DIY Christmas Wreath!†with Tanya! You will love this Christmas Wreath!. So fun! You can do this! All supplies and materials will be provided. Class fee is $35.00… Watch for the sample to arrive next week…
***Tuesday, November 26th at 1 p.m. –“Christmas Book!†Create a wonderful mini book to fill with Christmas memories for yourself or a special friend! Sample will arrive soon! Class fee is $20.00, Please preregister, prepay and bring your basic kit, including adhesive… thanks!
*** Marcella brings by her new specialties often, come see what she has in her “Art to Wear†cubby! She has added a new selection of lots of clothes, hats, purses and fun stuff!
*** Anjelica stops by the shop every week or two and brings some awesome additions to her “Vintage Wardrobe!†It’s Fall at the Vintage Wardrobe! And the holidays will be arriving soon, too! Come see all the unique, one-of-a-kind vintage hats! Perfect for holidays, weekends, weddings or any time at all! Stop by and try on one of these beauties! She also has many lovely dresses and gorgeous vintage jewelry and accessories – gloves, purses and shoes! You don't want to miss out on any of these classic styles….

When asked to bring your “basic kit†to class, that includes your:
bone folder
ruler
personal paper cutter
brayer
uhu glue stick
tombow or art glitter liquid glue
pop dots
1/8 th inch, ¼ inch and/or ½ inch double stick tape
Archival Jet Black permanent ink pad
sanding tool/ sandpaper
scissor/detail scissor
scotch tape
exacto knife
old shirt or apron to get messy
If you do not have all supplies, we have them available for purchase.
