As Ragan Consulting Group’s DE&I consultant I will help them get on the same page with an Inclusive Behaviors Inventory. I’ll work with your leaders individually to help each of them assess their understanding of DE&I. I will then meet with the whole group of leaders to cover:

  • The definition of DE&I in the workplace
  • The risks and consequences of doing nothing to talent, employee innovation and organization reputation
  • How to identify the “why” behind DE&I work
  • What an inclusive mindset is and the team’s aggregated results from the IBI

Each leader will get a 30-minute, one-on-one consultation with me and a personal assessment and action plan.

Based on your leadership team’s comments, the result of the training will be a written business case “why” DE&I is important to your organization.
