Layoffs in the technology industry continue as both Zoom and eBay announced workforce cuts. Zoom CEO Eric Yuan said the company is reducing its workforce by 15%, affecting around 1,300 employees, while eBay CEO Jamie Iannone said it's laying off about 4% of its workforce, affecting 500 workers.

A Leapfrog Group survey of company executives representing more than 100 US employers showed more than half of respondents believe their health plans care about quality, allow workers to easily access usable data, and show commitment to employee health and lowering unnecessary health care costs. Respondents believe health plans need to improve in two major areas: sharing of safety and quality data and alternative payment model offerings.
