If you find this email in your promotions or clutter tab, it's likely you'll find our other emails in the same section of your inbox. And this means you've been missing out on special sales, information about our new books, and invitations to our author Q&As!

To fix this, we recommend whitelisting our email address [email protected] in your email client, as well as moving this and other SAP PRESS emails to your primary inbox tab. This will tell your email client that you want to see these emails.

For instructions on how to do this, find your client from the list below and follow the steps.

Gmail Users

Go to the Promotions tab, left click on the email you want to move, and while holding down the mouse, drag it to the Primary tab.

Outlook Users

Go to the Clutter section, left click on the email you want to move, and while holding down the mouse, drag it to the Inbox section.

Yahoo Mail Users

Go to the Spam section, select the email you want to move, and then click the Not Spam button.

Apple Mail Users

Go to the Spam section, select the email you want to move, click on the Move option, and select the folder to move the email to.
