• COVID-19 cases and hospitalizations are ticking upward. Baltimore’s health commissioner Dr. Letitia Dzirasa recommends that people, whether vaccinated or not, wear a mask indoors.
• Rent is too damn high: Baltimore has seen an increase in median rent from $1,568 in April 2021 to $1,811 this month.
