| Protecting employee benefit plan assets A federal judge has issued a preliminary injunction against the fiduciaries of a Chicago-based multiple employer welfare arrangement to protect the funds remaining assets after a department investigation alleged its fiduciaries and counsel misused more than $2.8 million in fund assets, and that they continue to mismanage the fund. |
| $712K to resolve discrimination allegations We've entered into a conciliation agreement with a Raytheon subsidiary to resolve alleged discrimination against Black applicants for assembler positions at a Minnesota facility. Rosemount Aerospace has agreed to pay $712,500 in back wages and interest to the affected applicants. The company will also make employment offers to 26 identified class members. |
