High Park in the spring is a beautiful place. The sakura trees are in full bloom, couples in love snap photos of each other beneath the branches, children frolic like windswept blossoms and drivers trying to find elusive parking spots rage. After the trees reached peak bloom earlier this month, locals complained about a deluge of cars.
