Announcing the release of Insight Remote Support 7.8
The latest version of Insight Remote Support has been released and includes the following new features: - Timely and secure Insight RS email updates with new SMTP authentication
Insight RS notifications can now be sent via email using servers that require SMTP authentication ensuring timely and secure communication of support automation updates. - Standardized report experience
Insight RS reporting has been enhanced to include standardized common device information in each report export to more easily identify devices and entitlement status as well as share with stakeholders. - Easier management of device groups and CDIDs
New Insight RS bulk import enhancements enable upload of device groups and easy application of Custom Delivery identification (CDID) to device groups for smooth migration of large environments. - Support for Windows Server 2016 for additional deployment flexibility
Now supporting Windows Server 2016 x64 Datacenter Edition, Standard Edition and Microsoft Hyper-V. - Clear Message Board
Remove messages from the Insight RS message board when no longer needed.
