Users of Android smartphones in Victoria will have an advantage over their iPhone compatriots due to the fact that the recently released myki app will only run on Google's mobile operating system.

Chinese telecommunications equipment vendor Huawei Technologies has reported revenue of 721.2 billion yuan (US$105.2 billion) for the fiscal year 2018, a rise of 19.5% year-on-year, with the growth mainly attributable to its consumer business.
