They broke out the window of the Walgreens at Perkins and Siegen and looped a rope around the ATM. Then they used a truck to yank the ATM through the window. The only problem? Apparently they didn't have any way to get the ATM onto the truck, because police found it sitting there when they arrived. The whole incident was caught on video. You can watch it here. LSU quarterback bluesFor the past two years, LSU fans had hoped quarterback Myles Brennan would revitalize a sputtering offense. But he was plagued by injuries and never got his chance to shine. Lawsuit against BRPD officerBaton Rouge Police Officer Troy Lawrence Jr. was reprimanded after an incident last year in which he muted his body camera and angrily confronted the people involved in a minor traffic accident. He apologized to the department for losing his temper. Now a lawsuit filed against Lawrence and the City of Baton Rouge claims he hurled profanity at the scene, and illegally detained a woman.
