| The FTC and DOJ released a series of proposed new guidelines for mergers. One of them prohibits the creation of monopolies, which could make the Kroger, Albertsons merger more difficult. We asked: Do you think the proposed guidelines will negatively impact the Kroger, Albertsons merger?
