Alvin Ailey Returns to Boston Celebrating 60 Years of Excellence May 2 - 5 Boch Center Shubert Theater The incomparable Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater returns to Boston with an exciting program that celebrates 60 years of artistic excellency with new works and groundbreaking pieces by Mr. Ailey such as Revelations. In addition to Revelations, the program includes EN by Jessica Lang, Kairos by Wayne McGregor, Lazarus by Rennie Harris, and Timeless Ailey which features highlights from Mr. Ailey's Blue Suite, Cry, For “Bird†– With Love, Hidden Rites, The Lark Ascending, Love Songs, Mary Lou’s Mass, Memoria, Night Creature, Opus McShann, Pas de Duke, Phases, and Streams.
