Take a trip to Darktown, new colourways from Sarah Bidwell, and get your tickets for MADE London.
The Darktown Seaside Beano is open for business. Big thanks to Jonny Hannah for creating downtown Darktown here in Brighton's arches, and to everyone who joined us on Friday evening for a packed private view. Come and experience the immersive Darktown experience for yourself with a whole archway full of Jonny's prints, books, cutouts, souvenirs and more. Plus we've got works by Sarah Young and Sharon Hannah, and 50 one-off 'postcards' by a brilliant lineup of contemporary printmakers. Lots of sold stickers already, but still plenty to discover. The show continues daily until the12th November. Not to be missed! |

Also, don't forget to book your tickets for Jonny's band The Postmen, who will play here in the arches on Friday 27th October. Tickets are £10, to include an exhibition walk-around from Johnny and a drink, and are available here. Join us from 6pm, The Postmen play at 8pm. |

MADE LONDON returns We're looking forward to the return of MADE London this November, and to welcoming old friends and new to our lineup of exhibitors. Like Charlotte Eatock (above) who makes beautiful, one-off pieces of jewellery from ocean plastics, beach-combed objects and sustainably sourced precious metals, and RubyKite (below) exhibiting with Design-Nation, who turn wonderfully wild abstract paintings into luxurious silk and cashmere scarves and accessories. Join us as we bring this long established Tutton & Young show to a brand new venue - The Block in central Islington - from 2nd-5th November. Discover dozens of artisans and buy unique jewellery, ceramics, prints, homewares and much more direct from the makers. Be the first through the doors with our Thursday evening Private View tickets, which give you access all weekend. |

Sarah Bidwell stock drop We've had an arrival of beautiful new cushions from the studio of Sarah Bidwell. Sarah's textiles interpret the colour interplay she observes in nature into bold, graphic designs. She works in linen, combining traditional techniques such as patchwork, quilting and appliqué together with block-printing to create beautiful and useful homewares, bags, pouches and accessories. See the full selection in the gallery shop. |
