Meghan Trainor has dropped her customized home in the celeb-favored Los Angeles community of Encino on the market for $12 million after shelling out $17.1 million for DJ Zedd’s customized estate, which is also in Encino and had previously belonged to Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner. Trainor’s old home, which she scooped up in late 2020 for $6.6 million, was completely transformed for the “All About the Bass” singer and her actor husband, Daryl Sabara. Measuring more than 14,000 square feet, the three-story home has expansive living and entertaining spaces, a sumptuous primary suite, a recording studio, a two-story guesthouse with a gym, and park-like grounds that include a pool, a putting green and a children’s playground. And, up in San Francisco, venture capitalist George Sarlo’s family foundation is selling an ocean-facing mansion for $26 million. Proceeds from the sale will benefit the foundation.
