Reed Smith grows corporate finance offering in SG, HK with A&O Shearman duo

U.S. law firm Reed Smith has welcomed two new corporate finance partners across its Asian offices from A&O Shearman. Tim Beech (L) was joint managing partner of the latter firm’s Singapore office, while Regina Lui was an of counsel in Hong Kong.
They mark the most recent exits from A&O Shearman, which has implemented significant organisational changes following the merger, with plans to reduce its global partnership by 10 percent.
