The Atlanta Journal-Constitution Georgia’s elementary school performance declined in 2016 while the performance at other grade levels changed little from 2015. The results of the 2016 College and Career Ready Performance Index showed a decline of 4.3 points from 2015, when the state’s elementary schools scored an average of 76 points.
