The Sunday Round-Up | July 4, 2021


Happy Independence Day! I hope you're having a wonderful holiday weekend. We were supposed to be on a flight to New York right now but I just canceled the tickets. The Delta variant is just too risky for little kids so we're staying closer to home.

Fortunately, we live in Southern California so there are plenty of nearby places to explore, including Catalina Island, which we visited last week and absolutely loved. Even though it's just 22 miles off the coast, it felt like a world away and there are places like this all around the USA.
