As previously communicated, on 1 July, Argus Media acquired the Agritel Group. By clicking on the link below you can read the press release that was issued at the time.

As part of the integration of Agritel into the Argus Group, changes will be taking place in relation to how we manage the personal data under our control. These changes are necessary in order to bring our practices into line with those of the Argus Group.
The Agritel Group has published an updated privacy notice, which can be found by clicking on the link below:
Privacy Notice
This notice explains Agritel as a company within the Argus Group and includes links to the Argus Privacy Policy which includes details of the types of personal data we process, how we capture and process your personal data, the grounds on which we process your personal data, your rights with respect to your personal data, and how to contact Agritel and Argus about privacy and data protection matters.
The Argus Privacy Policy also includes information relating to when, and the legal basis upon which, we may transfer personal data from Argus Group companies, including Agritel, to other Argus group companies within and outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
In particular, Agritel plans to transfer its marketing data comprising names, job title, company name, contact information including email addresses, phone numbers and street address to other Argus Group companies, on the basis that we have a legitimate interest to transfer such data for direct marketing purposes as part of the integration of Agritel into the Argus Group.
You may object to the transfer of your personal data from Agritel to other companies of the Argus Group before November 30 by emailing [email protected]
In accordance with your rights, you can also request at any time to stop the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes, either by contacting us or by unsubscribing from Agritel publications.
