Hey Friend,

A short, simple, yet highly effective tip for you from Coach Daniel today:

Coach Daniel’s Afternoon Hack To Keep You On Track

By Daniel Woodrum

I hear this all the time from coaching clients…

“Daniel, I’m super productive and focused in the morning. But once the afternoon comes around, I’ve lost so much focus and discipline. Most days I end up working past my cut off time because I’m playing catch up to get everything done.”

Sound familiar?

From my experience working with hundreds of coaching clients over the past few years, the morning time is much more structured.

And it makes sense.

Fewer distractions. More focus. More energy. More creativity.

Unfortunately, we usually have to deal with afternoon chaos. It’s either a work emergency, or one of the kids is sick at school, etc.

By this time, your willpower has subsided and your distractions have 10X’d.

Here’s a very simple, yet effective tip to help you finish out the day strong.

Set an alarm clock to go off 2 hours before your cut off work time.

I suggest putting the word “Refocus” on the alarm clock.

This alarm clock will be a trigger for you to refocus…

Attack the final priorities for the day…

And give you that discipline to finish the last 2 hours to hit your cut off time.

I’ve helped several coaching clients implement this recently, and it’s been working great.

They can get home on time to see their family and enjoy a stress-free evening of relaxation.

It’s simple. But what gets simplified gets executed.

Excellent advice, thanks Daniel!

If you’ve been struggling with afternoon slumps and scattered focus…

I highly recommend giving Daniel’s strategy a try.

It takes two seconds to set your “refocus” alarm…

But it will hand you back hours of productivity every single week.

Success Loves Speed,

Craig
