Women who liked to smoke cigars as they surfed the internet were dealt some bad news on this day in 1995, as the apparent fads were ruled "out" of fashion. A story on the front page of The Canberra Times, written by Ian Warden, divulged the definitive In-Out list for 1995-1996.
