The ASB Board met on 27 March 2025 to conclude the 2024/25 financial year.

It has been a busy year that saw the Board finalise a number of projects and progress others. Some of the highlights were:

In addition to considering stakeholder feedback on ED 205 Social Benefits in March 2025, the Board approved a plan for education material for preparers of financial statements that will be developed in 2025/26, starting with material on important information for 2025/26.

The Board would not have been able to deliver such an ambitious work programme without the support of the ASB’s stakeholders.
