UAE Golden visa rule changes will bring a diverse pool of investors to the Dubai real estate sector, according to analysis by Springfield Properties. In a bid to foster greater investor participation in the real estate sector and deepen ties with residents, the UAE government is scrapping the AED1m ($272,000) minimum down payment requirement for Golden Visa eligibility through real estate investment.

Meanwhile, in Dubai, a mansion located at the Bulgari Resort and Residences on a seahorse-shaped island, is on the market for AED495m ($135m). Listed through luxury real estate specialist B1 Properties, the residence has four master bedrooms and six bathrooms, on a built-up area of nearly 10,000sq ft, with a plot size of 20,221sq ft in total.

In addition, industry insiders said there is a growing buzz around prospective partnerships between Indian and Dubai/UAE-based real estate companies for launching projects in India.

Arabian Business also reported on how business owners can take proactive steps to shield their companies from potential fallout in the event their marriage fails. Several reports suggest that financial issues and cultural differences are among the leading causes of divorce. Dissolving a marriage can often be tricky, messy, and expensive – especially when shared assets and a business are involved.

Aside from this, UAE’s Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle unveiled the Beyond Shopping Report providing an in-depth analysis of consumer spending patterns, upcoming trends, and market predictions.
