A wholesale flour mill and bakery to open in old warehouse in north Lafayette

by Adam Daigle | Acadiana business editor

Good morning, Acadiana business news readers. Let's get it started.

Here's an interesting story you should check out: Two women are opening a wholesale flour mill and bakery inside an old warehouse near the corner of Monroe and Cameron streets, but that's only part of the story. Morgan Angelle, who is the expert baker, said the neighborhood fosters her creativity. It's also a place where she and Carroll, her business and life partner, feel welcome.

"We are very in favor of making what is old new again," Angelle said.

Check out the story here.

Thanks for reading and have a great day.
