Water wars: New Orleans officials are (unsurprisingly) displeased at the news that Jeff Landry's task force plans a total takeover of the Sewerage & Water Board for the next two years. Here's what they had to say. Wealth of experience: A Texas businessman and a major donor to Landry's and other Republican candidates' campaigns is now the head of the Convention Center board, after the hospitality industry declined to fight the governor over his appointment. Free market?: The Legislature is poised let to insurance companies drop more policyholders after the House passed a bill Wednesday, and the Senate passed its own version Tuesday. Defenders say it reinstates free-market competition, but others say it could lead companies to drop the riskiest homeowners along the coast. Pop art: More work of the world's most popular graffiti artist is coming to New Orleans this summer in an immersive art exhibition called "World of Banksy."
