Zanne Garland leads fundraising at Rainforest Action Network, an advocacy group focused on climate change and deforestation that has more than 2,000 monthly sustainers. Under Garland ’s leadership, the organization has increased its monthly donor retention rate to 74% year over year. Before joining RAN in 2022, Garland spent nearly two decades serving as a fundraiser at a variety of organizations, most recently as vice president for advancement at Warren Wilson College.
