Fearless Digital welcomes Alka Bhave as president

In August, Baltimore-based company Fearless announced a $17 million investment to launch its new division, Fearless Digital, focusing on expanding its presence in organizational enablement. Today, the company announced that Alka Bhave has been appointed the new president of that division. Super cool to see a woman at the helm!

Fearless has been aiming at a shift to enhance its impact by blending emerging technology with people and organizational development. As part of that shift, Fearless introduced a new brand architecture comprising two business entities: Fearless Digital and Fearless Guides.

Fearless Digital's mission is to create, engineer, and deliver digital solutions that address challenges and drive meaningful impact. According to an announcement, in her new role, Bhave will spearhead this aspect of Fearless' operations, with a primary focus on expanding its customer base within the government and the private sector. Notably, in 2022, Fearless began diversifying its portfolio beyond government contracts to collaborate with private enterprises like the NFL and Exelon.

Prior to joining Fearless, Bhave served as the chief operations officer for Riverside Research, a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing scientific research in the interest of national security. During her tenure, Bhave played a pivotal role in transforming the company's infrastructure, processes and culture to position it for growth. Before her time at Riverside, she held positions of increasing responsibility with leading government contracting organizations.
