The complexes, totaling 500 units, have fallen into squalor, though Bruno has argued the pandemic and Hurricane Ida were a one-two punch that bedeviled revitalization efforts. Shielding officers: Louisiana police law offers officers broad rights to overturn disciplinary actions due to technical violations during internal investigations.
