Friday night in the PMAC against Arkansas, the Tigers set a new standard. No. 5-ranked LSU rolled to a 198.375-196.200 victory over the No. 7 Razorbacks, eclipsing the school record team score of 198.375 set in March 2015 against Minnesota. Haleigh Bryant continued to do Haleigh Bryant things, posting the 12th perfect 10 of her career on floor and winning the all-around title by tying her personal mark of 39.825. But freshman Konnor McClain may have stolen the show, posting 9.975s on beam and floor (that means one of the two judges gave her a 10 in both events) and a 9.925 on bars. Kiya Johnson also had a 9.975 on floor. "I'm glad you're on our team," Clark said quietly to McClain after her beam performance. A master of understatement he is.
