A Potato Salad for Every Occasion | BY Derrick Riches | One of my first memories of Summer cookouts wasn't burgers on the grill. It was my Mom making potato salad. She has a favorite recipe that had just the perfect amount of pickle. I remember her boiling and dicing potatoes on those mornings so the potato salad could sit in the refrigerator for the flavors to come alive and to make sure that it was ice cold when it hit the plate. Below are some of my favorite potato salad recipes and I'm sure that one or more of them will be your new favorite too. |
| Egg Salad Potato Salad | If you love potato salad and egg salad, then look no further. This popular barbecue side dish utilizes the delicious flavors of both. Easy to make and perfect for any cookout or party. | |

| Creamy Dill Potato Salad | If you love dill, then this is the perfect potato salad for you. The tangy flavor from the pickle juice marries well with the creaminess of the mayonnaise. This dish can be served with just about anything from hamburgers to steaks, to grilled chicken or seafood. | |

| Honey-Dijon Potato Salad | Served hot or cold, this is the perfect potato salad for any cookout. The honey-mustard dressing has flavors that pop off the plate and compliments most grilled, smoked, baked, and broiled meats. | |

| Hawaiian Potato Salad | This Hawaiian style potato salad contains sauteed spam for extra flavor. This recipe calls for light spam, but if you are a fan of regular spam, then by all mean use that instead. | |
| Dill and Horseradish Potato Salad | The combination of horseradish, plain yogurt, and dill really gives this potato salad a zing. This is a great accompaniment to most grilled and smoked meats, but works really well with pork and chicken. | |
